Description

You will design and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL code for OLTP and batch processing workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle table partitions, indexes, and primary keys to ensure optimal performance.
• Parse and retrieve JSON data from CLOB columns using PIVOT and dynamic columns.
• Analyze SQL execution plans and tune queries using rowlocks and join strategies.
• Implement user-defined referential constraints and deterministic functions.
• Compare data between identical tables to identify unmatched columns and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with SQL joins, cursors, SYSREFCURSOR, and TO_DATE/TO_TIMESTAMP conversions.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL collections, exception handling, and EXECUTE IMMEDIATE.
• Understanding of SQL vs. PL/SQL engine parsing mechanics.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ANSI-SQL, dimensional data modeling, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and QlikView.
• Experience passing data to Angular, Java, or Python.
