Act as a technical analyst defining requirements and optimizing capital markets processes through direct client interaction and technical analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through structured discussions with clients.
• Analyze complex business processes to identify and recommend specific improvements.
• Assimilate disparate information to define clear problem statements and drive requirement elaboration.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements using a methodical approach.
• Work independently to resolve technical ambiguities and pursue leads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SQL or PL/SQL development.
• Direct experience working within capital markets.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering and technical analysis.
• Strong skills in documentation and process elaboration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Structured, inquiring approach to problem-solving.
