Description

Lead development of data workflows and chemical registration processes using BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot and Oracle PL/SQL.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot workflows to integrate datasets across chemistry, biology, and materials science.
• Develop tools for data import, export, transformation, and visualization from lab instruments, databases, and external APIs.
• Prepare, review, and submit registration records for small and large molecules.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows to reduce manual data handling.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to translate data needs into functional workflows and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience with BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot workflow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for automating and customizing workflows.
• Experience working with scientific data formats including CSV, XML, JSON, and SD files.
• Strong knowledge of database management, data integration techniques, and data management practices.
• Experience with chemical registration applications.
• Ability to evaluate the impact of regulatory changes on existing registrations.
