Description

Lead technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle PL/SQL solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams through the full development lifecycle of Oracle PL/SQL solutions.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of all Oracle PL/SQL applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct code reviews to enforce standards.
• Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance development efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL programming and development.
• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and Oracle database architecture.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Proficiency in database design and data modeling.
• Experience with data warehousing principles.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
