Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams through the full development lifecycle.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct code reviews.
• Enforce coding standards and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proficient Oracle PL/SQL programming and development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and relational database concepts.
• Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and database design.
• Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
