Description

You will lead Oracle PPM implementation engagements, overseeing delivery operations and solution architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engagement delivery, focusing on business process alignment.
• Architect solutions and manage daily delivery operations for PPM projects.
• Conduct regular delivery reviews to ensure project health and quality.
• Mentor team members and support business pursuit activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle implementation experience, including end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM.
• Deep product understanding of Fusion PPM modules (Project Financial Management, Project Execution Management).
• Strong conceptual knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, and A2R cycles.
• Experience in RICEW design and delivery.
• Familiarity with latest industry trends in PPM business processes.
• Experience operating within a global delivery model.
• Proven ability in solution architecting and delivery management.
• Oracle PPM Cloud module certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring teams in a consulting environment.
