Description

Lead functional tracks for Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management implementations, focusing on projects and grants.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis between client needs and delivered functionality.
• Configure Oracle Cloud PPM modules to align with customer business processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing based on accounting principles.
• Document gaps, issues, process flows, and solution designs using established project templates.
• Map customer business processes to Oracle Cloud PPM workflows and manage project deliverables within established timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience on Cloud Applications.
• Completed at least 2 full cycle implementations as the Lead Consultant for Oracle Cloud PPM Applications.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and transaction processing within PPM modules.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing.
• Experience with Grants Accounting, Budgetary Controls, and Encumbrance Accounting.
• Ability to provide solutions based on standard accounting rules and principles.
• Experience working with City or County clients.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SCM, Financial applications, Project Management, Project Scheduling, Resource Management, and Task Management.
