Description

Lead functional design and support for Oracle PPM Cloud modules to optimize project-to-invoicing processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map customer requirements to Oracle Cloud and perform fit/gap analysis to minimize customizations.
• Design optimized To-Be processes by analyzing As-Is workflows and conducting design validation.
• Debug system behaviors, identify root causes, and implement short-term or long-term fixes.
• Develop test scripts, execute functionality testing, and prepare L3 to L5 level SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams and finance business partners to deliver solutions under strict timelines.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of functional experience with Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including PEM, PFM, PRM, Project Costing, Project Revenue, and Project Invoice.
• Hands-on experience with ETL, Oracle BI Publisher, workflows, and OTBI.
• Proven track record in Oracle implementation and support projects.
• Experience in process consulting and solution design.
• Strong ability to debug system features and explain technical behavior to business users.
• Professional communication skills for customer-facing requirements gathering and training.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated support experience in addition to implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud - CPQ.
