Description

You will manage product requirements and delivery within an Oracle infrastructure environment, driving prioritization and resolving product gaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive prioritization within scrum teams and participate in daily meetings.
• Elicit and document technical business requirements through features and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business partners to resolve product gaps.
• Design and build data process controls in coordination with Technology and Data Governance.
• Manage program blocking issues by balancing business needs against technical constraints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Basel Regulatory Capital frameworks, including Standardised and Advanced approaches.
• Subject matter expertise in Market Risk, CVaR Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, and Credit Risk.
• Agile or SAFe certification.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, Big Data, and Cloud environments.
• Ability to map Oracle infrastructure, processes, and datasets to support Point of Arrival (POA) design.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Exposure to US regulations.
