Description

Lead and manage a comprehensive Oracle ERP program from planning through execution and delivery.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle ERP program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee MDM and Oracle DRM/EDMCS migration initiatives for data integrity.
• Manage OFSAA and EDMCS migration activities aligned with financial services regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Develop program plans, status reports, risk logs, and governance documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as an Oracle Program Manager or Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with MDM and Oracle DRM/EDMCS migrations.
• Experience managing OFSAA and EDMCS migration projects.
• Experience managing ERP programs within financial services (banking, insurance, capital markets).
• Strong understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience leading large-scale ERP or finance transformation programs.
• Exposure to agile delivery models and hybrid project management approaches.
