Description

You will lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs from proposal through project completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Interface with key stakeholders to manage requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design.
• Build project teams, schedule assignments, and own performance management for all project personnel.
• Oversee project governance, including risk management, status reporting, and delivery execution.
• Coordinate delivery within multi-vendor staff augmentation environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management.
• Proven track record of handling Oracle Cloud implementation and support projects.
• Experience managing large teams with specific Oracle skill sets.
• Proficiency in Scrum and various development methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex processes and project lifecycles.
• High analytical skills and initiative.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multi-vendor staff augmentation setups.
