Description

You will lead and manage end-to-end Oracle program lifecycles from planning through to closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to define scope and deliverables.
• Manage multiple project teams, vendors, and third-party consultants.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to ensure alignment with business goals and budgets.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Oracle program management with deep knowledge of HCM Applications technology.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) or HCM/SCM programs.
• At least one full Oracle implementation completed.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials modules.
• Technical proficiency in Oracle SaaS architecture, data migration, integration, reporting, and extensions.
• Knowledge of HCM Cloud inbound and outbound capabilities.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Expertise in project management functions including scope planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, or Oracle certifications.
