Description

You will serve as the functional expert for Oracle ERP Financials implementations, owning the delivery of financial modules from design through training.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-gap analysis to map as-is and to-be business processes for financial operations.
• Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements with stakeholders.
• Execute functional configuration, unit testing, and user training for financial modules.
• Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and support systems strategy definition.
• Collaborate effectively within an onsite-offshore delivery model to ensure project milestones.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Financials modules.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Projects, Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle R12 or R12.2 Financials.
• Functional knowledge of Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Costing modules.
• Working knowledge of SQL and RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud modules including GL, AP, and AR.
