Description

You will lead the transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP by managing end-to-end cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and contingency strategies for potential rollbacks or delays.
• Coordinate data migration activities with technical teams to ensure data integrity through rigorous pre- and post-migration validation.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to align stakeholder readiness and communication.
• Manage risk mitigation for system outages, data migration, and user access issues.
• Oversee post-cutover stabilization and conduct post-mortem reviews to implement best practices for future deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically with Oracle ERP implementations.
• Proven track record managing cutover activities for large-scale Oracle ERP projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR.
• Experience with data migration tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including PMP, Agile, or Prince2.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and make decisions under pressure.
