Description

Lead planning and execution of cutover activities for large-scale Oracle ERP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and legacy system transitions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure system readiness.
• Oversee data migration activities and validate data integrity through pre- and post-migration checks.
• Manage risks and develop contingency plans for system outages, data issues, or rollback requirements.
• Execute cutover testing plans with QA and functional teams to validate system operations before go-live.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years with Oracle ERP implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies including PMP, Agile, or Prince2.
• Familiarity with data migration tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience managing cutover processes for large-scale ERP projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication during high-pressure transitions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
