Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/Fusion projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks, track issues, and ensure smooth project execution and governance.
• Oversee implementation lifecycle including UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or Fusion implementations preferred.
• Ability to plan, execute, and govern multiple interdependent projects within a program.
• Drive program roadmap, milestones, risk management, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams.
• Track progress, manage issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
