Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle projects including ERP, EBS, and Oracle Cloud (Fusion).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams of functional and technical consultants.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in project management.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), or Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
• Knowledge of Oracle modules including Finance, SCM, and HCM.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations or migrations.
• Exposure to DevOps, automation, or cloud technologies.
