Description

Lead the planning and execution of an Oracle Fusion business transformation program across HCM, PLM, Record to Report, and Order to Deliver workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and business outcomes in partnership with executive sponsors and IT leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure clear ownership, timely decision-making, and alignment across process design, data, and integrations.
• Oversee integrated testing activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and cutover planning.
• Manage resource utilization, change requests, and vendor performance metrics while providing transparent reporting on program health.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, specifically leading ERP or Oracle Fusion implementation programs.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion business processes across HCM, PLM, Record to Report, and Order to Deliver.
• Demonstrated ability to manage SI vendors, hold delivery partners accountable, and ensure work products meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment and decisions with business leaders and process owners.
• Excellent executive communication skills for preparing clear status updates, decision materials, and risk summaries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining clear accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in project management (PMP or PMI).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
