Description

Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP modules for new state operations, owning the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle ERP modules including Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Drive the project lifecycle through Fit-Gap analysis, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, and Cutover.
• Perform application configurations and setups for core modules.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams to develop integrations and customizations.
• Provide post-production support for deployed applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Manufacturing R12 implementation.
• Technical knowledge of PO, OM, and INV modules to design custom solutions.
• Proficiency in Fit-Gap analysis, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, and Cutover processes.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Flows.
• Bachelor's Degree (BE, MBA, M.Tech, or MCA).

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in SCM, Manufacturing, Costing, and VCP suites.
• Expertise in VCV applications and a strong understanding of Finance and SCM modules.
• Experience in process consulting and standard implementation documentation.
