You will manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud environment. You translate business requirements into system configurations and resolve functional issues.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Oracle Recruiting Cloud environment to meet business needs.
- Analyze requirements and document system specifications for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the application.
- Maintain system documentation, including configuration specs and user guides.
- Evaluate new Oracle updates and features for process impact.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of direct experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Proven ability to implement recruiting process and system improvements.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality.
- Ability to resolve product gaps through configuration or customization.
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
