Description

You will manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud environment. You translate business requirements into system configurations and resolve functional issues.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the Oracle Recruiting Cloud environment to meet business needs.
  • Analyze requirements and document system specifications for stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the application.
  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration specs and user guides.
  • Evaluate new Oracle updates and features for process impact.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of direct experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Proven ability to implement recruiting process and system improvements.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality.
  • Ability to resolve product gaps through configuration or customization.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
