Description

You will configure, implement, and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement solutions within Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Develop and manage data extracts using BIP and HDL.
• Utilize Fast Formulas for business logic implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ORC process and data model issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Proficiency in BIP, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
• Strong understanding of ORC processes and data modeling.
• Experience with HCM and Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with OTBI.
