Description

You will provide Application Managed Services (AMS) for Oracle Retail software, supporting Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 service elements.

Responsibilities

• Manage software upgrades for specified Oracle Retail products.
• Maintain and support the Oracle Retail suite, including Xstore, Xoffice, and iHub.
• Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 service support within the AMS framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail environments.
• Hands-on experience with Xstore (Oracle Retail Point of Service).
• Experience with Xoffice (Oracle Retail Xstore Cloud Service).
• Proficiency with iHub (custom Integration Hub).
• Experience with EFTLink (Oracle Retail EFTLink Middleware).
• Knowledge of MFCS (Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service).
• Knowledge of SIOCS (Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services).
