Description

Provide application managed services for the Oracle Retail suite, including product upgrades and multi-level support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support services for managed software.
• Manage and execute software upgrades for specified Oracle Retail products.
• Maintain and support the Oracle Retail suite and integrated middleware environments.
• Support custom iHub Integration Hubs and ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore (Point of Service).
• Knowledge of Oracle Retail Xoffice and Xstore Cloud Service.
• Experience with Oracle Retail EFTLink middleware.
• Familiarity with Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (M_FCS).
• Experience with Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services (SIOCS).
• Understanding of custom iHub Integration Hubs.
