Description

You will manage and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) environments through production support, upgrades, and enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end installations of ORMB, managing prerequisites like DB, WLS, Hibernate, and Java.
• Lead production support efforts, including shift lead responsibilities and stakeholder management.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues within the ORMB architecture.
• Perform Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.
• Manage service requests and incident resolution within defined SLAs using ticketing tools.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of total IT experience.
• At least 2 full ORMB implementations in production support, upgrade, or enhancement environments.
• Strong fundamentals in Oracle database, including performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic Server (WLS), Hibernate, and Java.
• Proficiency with Linux or Windows operating systems.
• Deep understanding of ORMB system architecture and functionalities.
• Experience working with SLAs and ticketing tools.

• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical issues clearly.
