Description

You will manage day-to-day operations and technical support for a customized Oracle Retail environment, focusing on the purchasing module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily defects and bugs within the RMS purchasing module, including integrations, customizations, and the Oracle base.
• Coordinate with Buyers and Replenishment Distribution teams to address high-priority escalations.
• Lead end-to-end testing in a landscape with tight integrations to multiple third-party applications.
• Provide solutions for small enhancements, review functional design documents, and define technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business users, the technical USI team, and offshore development teams to coordinate fixes and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle RMS in a retail industry context.
• Strong functional understanding of RMS Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance modules.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including development best practices and the OA framework.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and UNIX.
• Knowledge of EDI, OSP, WIN, SCRS, IET, and RIB integrations.
• Ability to manage tickets following ITIL processes.
• Experience coordinating with Oracle support for base and customized application issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
