Description

Lead end-to-end implementation and functional support for Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and related modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for RMS and modules including RIB, RICS, ReSA, ReHA, and RIBEXT.
• Manage core RMS functionalities such as Items, PO creation, PO Outbound, Transfers, Adjustments, Allocations, and nightly jobs.
• Drive GL integration from RMS to financial systems, ensuring process accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide functional guidance to resolve application issues and ensure integration with Order Management, WMS, BI, Salesforce, POS, and Finance.
• Oversee the Item Expenses framework, including ocean freight, country-level expenses, HTS, and export-related expenses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System implementation and consulting.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle RMS and retail implementation.
• Expertise integrating RMS with Order Management, WMS, BI, Operations, Salesforce, POS, and Finance.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and manage complex technical solutions.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with RMS Next Gen.
• Experience with Mulesoft, Kafka, or Oracle Apex for custom development.
