Description

Lead Oracle Cloud transformations as a technical advisor, designing SaaS solutions on OIC-based PaaS foundations and driving business growth through advisory delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead client solution engagements and direct Oracle Cloud transformation implementations.
• Design new Cloud SaaS offerings utilizing OIC-based PaaS foundations.
• Partner with Oracle and clients to develop business cases, roadmaps, and program solutions.
• Own proactive pitches, RFPs, and advisory-based delivery while driving revenue opportunities.
• Participate in Go-To-Market exercises with Oracle to expand market presence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in at least two Oracle SaaS pillars: ERP, SCM, CX, or HCM.
• Proven track record of leading at least 5 mid-to-large scale Cloud transformation implementations.
• Deep understanding of the Oracle SaaS cloud ecosystem and architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to operate effectively in process-driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with executive leaders and end users.
• Ability to manage revenue targets and drive business growth independently.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to escalate impediments and drive progress.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of on-premise applications such as EBS, PeopleSoft, or JDE.
• Experience with edge applications including Coupa, NetSuite, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or Zuora.
