Description

You will act as a hands-on Functional Consultant focusing on Oracle SaaS and CX modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Oracle CX Sales Contracts across multiple projects.
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Enterprise Contracts (CLM).
• Support legacy CRM systems including Oracle On-prem and Siebel.
• Coordinate work across different time zones as required by project engagements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 4 years of experience with Oracle SaaS/CX Multi-module and Oracle CX Sales Contracts.
• 1-2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Contracts (CLM).
• 2-3 years of experience with Oracle On-prem, Siebel, or other CRM platforms.
• Proven track record of completing at least 3 projects in Oracle CX Sales Contracts.
• Strong functional consulting expertise.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and self-directed.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on technical knowledge.
