Description

Manage, configure, and optimize Oracle Session Border Controller systems for seamless performance and stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Integrate SBC technology with cloud communication platforms including Microsoft Teams, WebEx Calling, and Zoom.
• Perform real-time analysis and troubleshooting of complex telephony and VoIP challenges.
• Monitor system health and visualize metrics using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Utilize Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor (EOM) for diagnostics.
• Ensure stability and performance of Oracle SBC environments.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) technology.
• Proficiency with SIP, TCP/IP, H323, and QoS protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor (EOM).
• Experience using Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring and visualization.
• Proven ability to integrate telephony systems with Microsoft Teams, WebEx Calling, or Zoom.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting VoIP and telephony environments.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in collaboration engineering or Session Border Controllers (SBC).
