Description

You will manage the deployment, configuration, and operation of Oracle and Ribbon Session Border Controller environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and operate Oracle ACME and Ribbon SBC suites.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between SBCs and SIP stacks including Cisco CVP, Call Manager, and IP phones.
• Execute configuration changes such as adding routes and modifying session manipulation to resolve call routing issues.
• Perform health checks on ACME and Ribbon solutions to detect and resolve technical problems.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and technical teams for new deployments and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in NOC, TAC, or Professional Services settings.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle ACME SBC, Session Delivery Manager (SDM), and Enterprise Operations Manager (EOM).
• Deep expertise in Ribbon SBC and Ribbon Analytics Platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring network interfaces, SIP trunks, call routing, session policies, and HMR rules.
• Strong understanding of Cisco Unified Communications including CUCM, CUC, IMP, and Webex Calling.
• Proficiency with VoIP protocols: SIP, MGCP, and H323.
• Experience troubleshooting SIP trunk issues with ITSPs and service providers.
• Background working in Managed Services environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vulnerability management and capacity planning.
• Ability to manage device lifecycles.
