Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM Cloud modules to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map Sales Order Management business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality and manage end-to-end process configuration.
• Deliver and review functional specification documentation for RICEFW, including reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Execute data mapping and complete FBDI documents to support migrations from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
• Create, review, and execute test scripts for Order Management processes to ensure alignment with Global Design templates.
• Train key business users on daily processes and manage business transitions from incumbent vendors during onboarding.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in Oracle functional consulting.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Order Management and SCM Cloud modules, specifically Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory, and Costing.
• Proven experience handling EDI integrations with third-party applications relevant to Order Management.
• Demonstrated ability to write and review business requirement documents for data conversions and interfaces.
• Experience managing complex customer escalations and providing subject matter expertise.
• Ability to analyze business needs using industry best practices and product knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• 5-8 years of industry domain experience in Retail or Manufacturing.
