You will serve as the functional expert for Oracle SCM implementations and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and end users.
• Provide L2 support for Oracle SCM modules including Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Translate business processes into effective Oracle SCM functional solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage system enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support logs for audit and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience in a client-facing L2 support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting functional issues.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
• Proven ability to work independently and build client rapport.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system integrations and technical collaboration.
