Description

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Supply Chain solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Manage a team of Oracle SCM Cloud consultants, providing technical guidance and reviewing process documentation, fit-gap analysis, and test scripts.
• Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones while managing budgets.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Drive a solution-driven approach using true cloud methodology and define PaaS extension strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain, including at least 3 years specifically in Fusion Cloud Supply Chain.
• Deep product and implementation knowledge of Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Portals, and Self-Service Service Procurement.
• Hands-on experience with Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Qualifications, and Oracle Product Hub.
• Proven ability to design functional specifications for custom components.
• Experience working in a global onsite-offshore support model.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage project documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle SCM Cloud certification.
