Description

Manage operations within Oracle SCM Fusion to support supply chain workflows, including inventory, order management, and PDH modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCM inventory, Order Management, and PDH modules.
• Support SCM WMS modules and generate reporting via WMS tools.
• Execute SCM Fusion integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Handle operational requests and troubleshooting through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Participate in major SCM ERP cloud upgrade programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SCM operations roles.
• Proficiency with Oracle SCM Fusion modules including Inventory, Order Management, and PDH.
• Experience with SCM WMS modules and associated reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Fusion integration patterns.
• Experience with warehouse scanning and printing tools, specifically Intellinum scanning software and Bartender printer software.
• Direct experience working with telecom products, such as cable or landline services.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Background in major ERP cloud upgrade projects.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a telecom-specific supply chain environment.
