Description

Own the Oracle Cloud SCM spectrum, including Procurement, Order Management, Requisitioning, Receiving, and Blanket POs, while managing the AP side of the P2P process for end-to-end integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive client decisions by challenging Tier 1 consultancy recommendations and providing redesign justifications.
• Provide technical and functional input for Business Case analysis to demonstrate value in transformation changes.
• Apply healthcare system operational knowledge to optimize workflows and business technology enablement.
• Manage the AP side of the P2P process to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Deep SME knowledge of Procurement and Order Management.
• Expertise in the full P2P process, including Requisitioning, Receiving, and AP integration.
• Experience with Blanket POs and complex SCM workflows.
• Ability to navigate and optimize healthcare system operations processes.
• Strong capability in business case analysis and transformation justification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience challenging external consultancy recommendations in large-scale transformations.
