Description

You will serve as a Solution Architect and Business Analyst for Oracle R12 implementations, integrations, upgrades, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and design discussions.
• Own functional design, technical architecture, and testing strategies.
• Manage cutover planning and system conversions.
• Configure out-of-the-box R12 setups to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with management levels and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience with Oracle R12 ERP modules.
• Deep expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle Service Contracts, Order Management, and Advanced Pricing.
• Hands-on experience with Install Base.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow, Reports, and Forms.
• Proficiency in XML Publisher.
• Ability to design complex technical and functional architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional technical engagements.
