Description

You will lead the support of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, ensuring technical stability and alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues using setups, FBDI, APIs, and logs.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during implementations, migrations, and upgrades, including SIT/UAT testing and cutover management.
  • Design and implement technical workarounds and solutions for SCM Cloud support issues.
  • Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) effectively to resolve technical challenges.
  • Create technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Optimize cloud configurations for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or consulting.
  • Deep expertise in at least two Oracle SCM Cloud modules, such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Inventory, or Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with FBDI, APIs, and system logs for troubleshooting.
  • Experience using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) for data analysis and diagnostics.
  • Proven ability to manage data validation and technical stability during cloud migrations.
  • Strong technical communication skills for translating complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate and integrate Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and new features.
  • Any Graduate degree.
