You will lead the support of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, ensuring technical stability and alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues using setups, FBDI, APIs, and logs.
- Provide hands-on technical support during implementations, migrations, and upgrades, including SIT/UAT testing and cutover management.
- Design and implement technical workarounds and solutions for SCM Cloud support issues.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) effectively to resolve technical challenges.
- Create technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Optimize cloud configurations for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or consulting.
- Deep expertise in at least two Oracle SCM Cloud modules, such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Inventory, or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency with FBDI, APIs, and system logs for troubleshooting.
- Experience using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) for data analysis and diagnostics.
- Proven ability to manage data validation and technical stability during cloud migrations.
- Strong technical communication skills for translating complex issues to diverse audiences.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and new features.
- Any Graduate degree.
