Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle SCP Cloud implementations and upgrades from a functional perspective.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion SCP modules including Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.
• Translate business requirements into functional design documents (FDD) and coordinate with technical teams for extensions or integrations.
• Manage data migration, interface design, and mapping between source systems like EBS or SAP and Oracle Cloud.
• Execute CRP, SIT, UAT, and cutover planning activities.
• Resolve planning issues related to forecast accuracy, supply/demand mismatches, and pegging.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM Planning modules.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Demand Management, Supply Planning, and S&OP Cloud.
• Expertise in functional configurations, FBDI, and ADFDI.
• Experience managing data loads and interfacing with legacy or third-party systems.
• Understanding of data models, planning analytics, and forecasting models.
• Ability to align SCP processes with Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of key planning KPIs.
