Description

You will respond to and resolve user- and configuration-based security incidents as a first-level responder.

Responsibilities

• Identify security requirements and implement new functionality, moving solutions to production aligned with compliance.
• Manage and maintain security personalization within Oracle Cloud applications.
• Support the transition of legacy functionality to Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Partner with technical leads to utilize new Oracle SaaS functionality across quarterly releases.
• Coordinate with compliance and audit teams to validate user access and configuration changes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and/or HCM Security & Controls.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations: design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong background in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying business process controls and IT controls.
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 environments.
• Hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Oracle application/package migration tools.
• Strong understanding and implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and mitigating controls.
• Experience implementing Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules (AAC, AFC, FRC).
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with identity solutions (SSO via Okta, governance via SailPoint).
• Proven ability to support internal and external audits and manage change/incident processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Redwood UI.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
