Description

You investigate and resolve security incidents, manage Oracle Cloud configurations, and ensure compliance across financial and HCM environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve user- and configuration-based security incidents as a first-level responder.
• Implement new security requirements and move solutions from development to production in alignment with compliance standards.
• Maintain security personalization within Oracle Cloud applications and support transitions to Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
• Coordinate with compliance and audit teams to validate user access and configuration changes.
• Execute monthly environment refreshes and manage sub-production environments for development and testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and/or HCM Security & Controls.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong background in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying automated, business process, and IT controls.
• Hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Oracle application/package migration tools.
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks, including mitigating controls and SoD tools.
• Experience implementing Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules (AAC, AFC, FRC).
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with identity solutions for SSO using Okta and identity governance using SailPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Redwood UI.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
