Description

You will lead the development, maintenance, and integration of OT system applications and database environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, and database scripts using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Manage and monitor Oracle and SQL Server database environments, including system patching and cybersecurity compliance.
• Build and troubleshoot middleware integrations between OT systems and enterprise platforms like GIS, MWFM, and ADMS.
• Lead technical upgrades, data migrations, and implementation projects while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
• Support legacy system integrations and document technical workflows for applications and database management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database development and management.
• Expertise in Oracle 19C, including XQuery, packages, procedures, triggers, and queries.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Experience with SSRS and XML/XSD.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), messaging systems, and data transformation (XML, JSON).
• Hands-on experience with Software AG webMethods 10.x or later.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft .NET Framework (including WPF) and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Working knowledge of Linux basic commands.
• Experience with OT systems such as ADMS, Intergraph, or ESRI GIS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Python.
