Description

Lead large-scale, global Oracle ERP implementation projects and manage complex, cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of at least two Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and functional analysts to deliver project scope on time and within budget.
• Manage Agile processes by conducting daily stand-ups, refining product backlogs with owners, and ensuring Scrum adherence.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to maintain team velocity and track metrics for value delivery.
• Communicate project progress, technology updates, and functionality to clients to ensure satisfaction targets are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP project management experience leading virtual teams.
• Proven track record of managing at least five Oracle implementation projects or three R12 Upgrade projects.
• Experience as an overall program manager for at least three full implementation cycles or two upgrades.
• Direct experience with at least one full implementation cycle on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM, Finance, or CRM domains.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS Cloud architecture and R12 ERP.
• Expertise in cut-over planning and Agile processes.
• Strong ability to manage business and project risks in demanding environments.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Extensive experience managing implementations in a consulting capacity.
