Description

Design and lead the implementation of Oracle Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Oracle Service Cloud capabilities and client needs.
• Design high-level solutions with a focus on Case Management and Vendor/Partner Management.
• Provide technical guidance and establish implementation best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or implementation roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Service Cloud.
• Proven experience designing Case Management workflows.
• Experience implementing Vendor/Partner Management modules.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and define complex solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
