Description

You will drive technical implementations and integrations within the Oracle Service Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain Customer Portals, Customer Scripts, and BUI Extensions.
  • Integrate Oracle Service Cloud with external applications using REST APIs and connectPHP.
  • Configure Knowledge Base settings and manage module setups including CPM, Business Rules, and Workspaces.
  • Build and manage workflows and analytics reporting.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
  • Proven track record of completing at least 3 Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) implementation projects.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with connectPHP and REST APIs.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Service Cloud modules: CPM, Business Rules, Workspaces, and Workflows.
  • Experience with Knowledge Base configuration.
  • Ability to manage application integrations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience configuring the Chat module.
  • Experience with Analytics and Reporting modules.
