Manage end-to-end support projects and oversee client relationships within an Oracle environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end support project lifecycles and delivery standards.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure service delivery compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client issue resolution.
• Handle client communications and manage formal escalations via calls, email, and remote sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or support project management.
• Proven experience in client handling and managing formal escalations.
• Strong professional communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Experience with Oracle applications or Oracle ERP/Fusion.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion.
