Description

Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Utility software solutions to meet client business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate CC&B-C2M Oracle Utility software solutions that align with customer business needs.
• Lead design workshops and facilitate fact-finding and analysis sessions for client projects.
• Configure application software and define solution parameters and specifications based on user requirements.
• Manage functional scope to mitigate business and technical risks for both the client and the firm.
• Support core project activities including data conversion, interfaces, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Oracle C2M.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Utility software.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical functional specifications.
• Experience managing functional scope and project documentation.
• Strong ability to communicate complex structures to diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in business process analysis and workflow optimization.
• Ability to lead design processes and facilitate client workshops.
• Experience in application configuration and post-deployment support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Any Graduate).
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
