Description

Own the technical strategy and implementation for CRM capabilities within a cross-functional Agile squad. Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions. Translate product goals into clean code and robust architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and oversee end-to-end implementation for CRM capabilities.
• Lead developers in designing and deploying secure, scalable software solutions.
• Translate product goals and customer needs into high-performance architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners to define stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel (version 25.1 and higher).
• Experience with Siebel installation, ecosystem management, and infrastructure.
• 8+ years of total software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong backend engineering experience in Java, .NET, or Node.js.
• Exposure to modern CRM ecosystems.
