Description

You will own the design, architecture, and maintenance of Oracle SBC systems handling high-volume voice traffic across multiple data centers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Oracle SBC systems, including call flows aligned with technical and business requirements.
• Manage system upgrades, incident procedures, and change management for Oracle SBC environments.
• Monitor contact center infrastructure to maintain performance, capacity, and availability.
• Conduct load and regression testing to validate system stability and performance.
• Develop or integrate software tools to extract critical metrics for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Session Border Controller technology, specifically Oracle SBC.
• Deep knowledge of telephony protocols: SIP, TCP/IP, H323, and QoS.
• Experience integrating voice platforms with Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling, and Zoom.
• Proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor (EOM) for real-time analysis.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Technical expertise in managing Oracle 6350 hardware across data center environments.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving complex technical challenges with SMEs and vendors.
• Foundational knowledge of Oracle, SQL, HTML, and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in collaboration engineering, Unified Communications, or Session Border Controllers.
