Description

Define technical and business architectures for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop solution architectures integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with third-party services.
• Lead proof of concept developments to validate proposed solutions.
• Drive requirement gathering, CRP demo sessions, fit-gap analysis, and functional design.
• Create architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.
• Mentor execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with full life cycle implementations in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture.
• Experience with configuration, solutioning, and functional design.
• Proficiency in system testing and UAT support.
• Proven ability to manage global template creation and multi-country rollouts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical and functional issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field.
