Description

Lead business analysis and technical implementation for Oracle Fusion ERP systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and scope definition with non-technical business users.
• Translate business objectives into technical action items, functional designs, and configuration documents.
• Verify feasibility of business rule requests against existing technical systems and data structures.
• Create key artifacts including use cases, activity diagrams, business process maps, and application gap analyses.
• Lead technical or functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines while managing risks and issues.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management.
• Proven experience completing 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement applications.
• Proficiency with SQL-based queries and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle modules and the development framework for extensions in the Oracle Cloud framework.
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience managing teams and coordinating internal and external resources.
• Record of strategic project planning and managing diverse stakeholders.
